Dr Sabeen Bioresonance & Wellbeing

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Welcome to Dr Sabeen Bioresonance & Wellbeing. These Terms & Conditions explain the arrangements for booking and attending appointments, payments, cancellations and the nature of the services provided.

Please read them before booking an appointment.

1. About Our Services

Dr Sabeen Bioresonance & Wellbeing provides complementary wellbeing services, including bioresonance assessments, harmonisation sessions and personalised lifestyle and wellbeing guidance.

Although Dr Sabeen is a qualified medical doctor, she is not acting in the capacity of a General Practitioner when providing these services.

Bioresonance is a complementary approach and is not an established medical diagnostic test or treatment. It has not been scientifically demonstrated to diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Our services do not replace medical investigations, diagnosis, treatment or advice from your GP or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Clients should continue prescribed medication and recommended medical care unless advised otherwise by their treating clinician.

2. Appointments and Bookings

Appointments may be arranged through our online booking system or by contacting the clinic directly.

We offer:

  • Free discovery calls.

  • Initial bioresonance consultations.

  • Follow-up assessments.

  • Harmonisation sessions.

  • Structured wellbeing programmes.

Appointment durations and fees are displayed on our Services & Fees page or communicated before booking.

A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from the clinic or booking system.

3. Fees and Payment

All appointment fees will be clearly communicated before booking.

Payment is requested in accordance with the arrangements stated in your booking confirmation.

Where advance payment or a deposit is required, this will be explained before the booking is completed.

Fees for additional appointments or services will be discussed before they are arranged.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

This allows the appointment to be offered to another client.

Where less than 48 hours' notice is provided, a reasonable cancellation charge may apply, taking account of the circumstances and any losses incurred by the clinic.

If we are able to fill the appointment or otherwise avoid the loss, this will be taken into account.

Any applicable cancellation charge will be explained before booking.

If the clinic needs to cancel an appointment, you will be offered an alternative date or a refund of any payment made for the cancelled service.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

5. Online Bookings and Statutory Cancellation Rights

Where appointments or programmes are purchased online, by telephone or otherwise at a distance, statutory cancellation rights may apply.

Where the law provides a 14-day cancellation period, clients may cancel within that period in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

If you specifically request that a service begins during the statutory cancellation period, you may be asked to acknowledge the applicable arrangements, including any proportionate payment for services already provided.

Any statutory exceptions or loss of cancellation rights will apply only where the legal requirements have been met.

Our 48-hour appointment cancellation policy does not override statutory cancellation rights.

6. Wellbeing Programmes

Some services may be offered as structured programmes involving a series of appointments and harmonisation sessions.

The number, frequency, duration and cost of sessions will be explained before enrolment.

Regular attendance may be recommended to provide continuity, but clients are not guaranteed any particular health or wellbeing outcome.

Programme cancellations, refunds and changes will be handled according to the terms provided at purchase and applicable consumer law.

7. Client Responsibilities

To help us provide an appropriate and personalised service, clients are asked to:

  • Provide accurate and relevant information about their health, medications, supplements and wellbeing concerns.

  • Inform the practitioner of any significant changes to their health.

  • Seek appropriate medical advice for new, persistent or worsening symptoms.

  • Attend appointments at the agreed time.

  • Ask questions whenever any aspect of the service is unclear.

Clients remain responsible for decisions concerning their medical care and should not discontinue prescribed treatments based on a bioresonance assessment.

8. Consent and Confidentiality

Before receiving services, clients will be provided with relevant information about the complementary nature of the approach and asked to provide informed consent.

Personal information is handled confidentially and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

Consultation documents and health questionnaires are generally maintained as paper records and stored securely in a locked storage cupboard.

9. Children and Young People

Appointments for children must be arranged by a parent or person with appropriate parental responsibility.

Consent and participation arrangements will take account of the child's age, understanding and applicable legal requirements.

Our complementary services are not a substitute for paediatric medical assessment or treatment.

10. Results and Expectations

Individual experiences of complementary wellbeing services vary.

No specific improvement, outcome or result can be guaranteed.

Bioresonance findings should not be interpreted as confirmed medical diagnoses, evidence of disease or substitutes for recognised medical investigations.

Recommendations concerning lifestyle, nutrition or general wellbeing are intended to complement, rather than replace, appropriate medical care.

11. Changes to Appointments or Services

Occasionally, appointments may need to be rescheduled because of illness, equipment difficulties or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where possible, clients will be notified promptly and offered an alternative appointment.

If an alternative cannot be agreed, payments for services not provided will be refunded as appropriate.

12. Liability and Consumer Rights

We aim to provide our services with reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

13. Complaints and Concerns

If you have a concern about any aspect of our service, please contact us so that we can investigate and respond appropriately.

Email: info@drsabeen.co.uk

We aim to resolve concerns fairly and promptly.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.

The terms applicable to an existing booking will not be changed retrospectively without an appropriate legal basis or agreement.

The latest version will be available on our website.
