We take reasonable steps to protect all personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

Clients are encouraged not to include detailed or sensitive health information in general website enquiries.

6. Appointment Booking and Third-Party Services

Our website is operated using Squarespace, and appointment bookings may be managed through Acuity Scheduling.

We may also use email, payment and other service providers where necessary for the operation of the business.

Where third-party providers process personal information on our behalf, appropriate data protection arrangements are required.

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, applicable data protection safeguards will be considered and implemented as required.
